The Unlikely Collab: Betty White x The Sharper Image

Was anyone else confused to hear that Sharper Image is still around? It’s for good reason. The electronics retailer actually went under some time ago (2008), but relaunched in 2011 with the ‘Sharper Image’ brand & e-comm site. Now they have a pretty notable (albeit unlikely) spokesperson. Clad in a cheetah jumpsuit, Betty White is prepared to sell you items bound to be on your man cave holiday wish list.

Detroit: “One of the Most Awesome American Cities”

Anthony Bourdain took a trip to Detroit. Anthony Bourdain loves Detroit. This Sunday Bourdain’s show “Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown” will air as usual on CNN. What’s exceptionally great about this episode is that he’s chosen Detroit as his season 2 closer. Toward the end of the teaser, Bourdain looks into the camera and says, ““You should come here. You should see this. Of all the American cities, this is easily one of the most awesome.” We couldn’t agree more, but with a statement like that, we’ll definitely be tuned in to see what parts unknown Bourdain has uncovered in his visit.
