Eat What You Listen To

Last week in Detroit, a local chef paid tribute to Radiohead in an unexpected way – through cuisine. Local chef Kyle Hanley worked with sommelier Joseph Allerton to present “A Night with Kid A”. The 10-course meal accompanied the 10-song 2000 album, which, of course, was played as diners feasted on unique cuisine (like oil-poached monkfish, white asparagus, white balsamic vinaigrette & daikon sprouts, with Leelanau Good Harbour Golden Ale).

Interested in recreating this magical moment? We’re thinking Sunday morning pancakes, syrup, coffee, turning off the cell phone & “How to Disappear Completely”. Read the full story on the Kid A restaurant experience right here.
