SXSW 2014 Commences

SXSW (South by Southwest) kicks off today in what is arguably the new music hub of Austin, Texas. But if you think the event is just a music festival, you’re thinking wrong (and the proof is in the price tag). SXSW runs from March 7-16th, and has three pillars: music, interactive (new media & games) & film. The 10 day-calendar is filled with everything from film premieres to job markets, gaming expos & live music. Of course with this much amazingness comes a price tag.
